Our prerogative is to help you build a stronger, healthier, and more physically-free lifestyle.
Unlike most other online coaches, we run a successful physical location and have coached our clients in-person and online for over 15 years. Post-Injury and Adaptive

Unlimited contact & updates via email, phone, or text (subject to coach availability, typical response time is 24-36 hours)
Weekly Check-In and review
Full access to your coach via email, text or phone (by appointment) to review the week's training, discuss fatigue management, nutrition, and receive program feedback.

Online Coaching
$179month
3 month minimum commitment
- Custom programs with initial 3 month commitment, month-to-month thereafter
- Long term program planning, based on current goals, injuries, and limitations
- Program assessment and monitoring for pivots in goals, available time, or lifestyle changes
- Detailed Excel sheets, distributed via Drive, with weekly number updates
- Video analysis of lifts (as needed) via Drive or Instagram
- Unlimited contact & updates via email, phone, or text (subject to coach availability, typical response time is 24-36 hours)
Live Remote Coaching sessions
$80session
55 minute remote coaching sessions via your platform of choice
- Train live with your coach via Zoom, Skype, or another remote platform of your choice.
- Live coaching for on-the-fly technique adjustment, programming modifications, or skill building sessions.
- Recommended for new lifters, those with form difficulty, or those that have more advanced technical goals (Olympic weightlifting, sports-specific skills, etc.)
- Warmups and athlete preparedness highly recommended prior to start time of session to maximize time utilization
- Available as an add-on to any plan
