1-on-1 Personal Training

This option maintains a semi-private training environment, with only other staff trainers and their clients in studio during your session time. Hour-long sessions fully dedicated towards your goals, with any additional programming, nutrition reviews, and body composition assessments included. Reserved time-slot of your choosing with the same trainer throughout your entire plan. All new clients are required to purchase a minimum of 4 sessions prior to starting desired schedule. New clients are required to come in 2x weekly for first two weeks (no exceptions) to allow you and your trainer to quickly familiarize with your new program, teach foundational movements, and determine proper progressions for your fitness level.

Assessment and Body Composition
  • Assessment of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall health status.
  • Assessment of body composition via scale weight, girth measurements, impedance, and caliper measurement. Scheduled reassessments and constant monitoring ensure rapid progress through program changes when required.
  • Movement assessment, including mobility, flexibility, and overall learning style for coaching new movements.
  • Consistent, accurate logging of assessment results to determine what factors need the greatest improvement, or to continually ensure progress is being made.

  • Programs designed around your specific goals.
  • Programs built from scratch, based on science-driven protocols and practical application experience. Extremely detailed periodization (program design), with additional programming provided for those not completing all training days in studio.

  • Technique Development & Coaching
  • Learn the proper execution of all exercises relevant to your goals with attentive coaching focused on movement quality.
  • Problem solving exercises prescribed to help you achieve your strength, endurance, or mobility goals even faster.
  • Welcoming, attentive coaching with a focus on building the inner athlete in each client.
  • Build confidence in capability, whether in technique, overall performance, or self-esteem. We build confident, capable athletes across all fitness goals.
  • 2-on-1 Personal Training

    We offer pairs training programs, which may include up to two individuals per trainer, per session. These sessions are only offered during limited timeslots, and are only an additional $10.00 per person, per session over normal 1-on-1 rates. Pairs options are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied at any time, for any reason, including groups with large differences in fitness level between participants or those with very advanced goals. Includes extra programming at 2x sessions per week or greater (additional charge for programming if 1x session a week or less). Please note that we do not actively "partner" individuals (or seek partners for you) for these sessions, and you must enter with or seek out a partner on your own.

    Features:

    2-on-1 Training
  • Up to two participants per trainer, with the same quality of coaching and results as 1-on-1 training at a more affordable price per person.
  • Recommended for trainees with similar goals and of similar fitness levels.
  • Not available for Olympic technique programs, bodybuilding/figure/physique coaching, or for those groups with large differences in fitness levels.
  • All groups are assessed prior to being offered 2-on-1 training, in order to give you the best idea of what will be best for both of your results.

    VolitionX Group HIIT

    HIIT, or high intensity interval training, combines aerobic exercise, anaerobic intervals and strength training in high intensity intervals to get the most out of your workout. High intensity group classes are a fun, effective way to burn a lot of calories while getting stronger. Interval training is a circuit style method of cross training combining short bouts of very intense exercise with high intensity resistance training. The group atmosphere helps to push you to your limits and reach your fitness goals. Our group classes are designed specifically for each individual and your specific goals, unlike most boot camps or major-brand group exercise programs. HIIT classes with a limited group size allows you to receive more individual attention, helping you achieve your goal more quickly and effectively.

  • Small group sizes allow trainers to customize aspects of your program like personal training, but in a challenging, fast paced, and encouraging larger group environment.
  • Fully scalable to most goals, with a trainer carefully monitoring your program, form, and progression.
  • Programs focused on maximal calorie burn, aimed at improving body composition through fat loss and lean muscular gains.
  • Restrictions
  • For HIIT classes, clients must select a desired timeslot. Clients may attend any number of these classes for a low monthly rate, but only in their selected timeslot.
  • No session credits will be granted for missed days, regardless of issue. No carryover credits or refund credits are granted for missed days.
  • Affordable Alternative
  • Group HIIT sessions are fun, exciting alternative to small group personal training, offered at our lowest cost per month.
  • Low monthly rate for unlimited classes in the client's selected timeslot.

    Precision Nutrition Coaching

    Volition Fitness is proud to offer nutrition coaching using Precision Nutrition's method. This is not a diet. This is not a gimmick. This program teaches nutrition on an individualized basis-what is right for you and your goals. Every individual is just that-an individual. Your lifestyle is different. Your habits are different.   • Flat rate programming pricing ($45/hr.) and posing coaching ($30/hr, with occasional group classes - call for schedule)
