Unlike other online coaching programs, Volition Fitness's staff is dedicated to providing our clients an experience similar to 1-on-1 in-person powerlifting coaching, with detailed form review videos, a custom training program for your goals and competitive seasons, attentive coaching, and an eye for detail that only strength coaches with in person experience can provide. Our prerogative is to make you a stronger, more dedicated powerlifting competitor and develop your career as a strength athlete.

Unlike most other online powerlifting coaches, we run a successful physical location and have coached our athletes in-person, online, and on meet day for over 15 years. Our team has more than 50 state records and multiple national records, 2x national champions, and numerous national qualifications. We are also the Idaho state directors for Powerlifting America, and have hosted and co-hosted meets for USAPL, USPA, and other independent events for many years. We take a focus towards the long-term development of our athletes, ensuring their health, strength, and longevity in powerlifting. We are Team Volition Fitness, we are coach-athletes. What Is Included?

The best online powerlifting coaching services for USAPL, USPA, and all other powerlifting federations, tested and untested. Limited to 20 clients per coach for maximal attention to their success as a team.

Live Remote Coaching sessions

$60session

60 minute remote coaching sessions via your platform of choice

  • Train live with your coach via Zoom, Skype, or another remote platform of your choice.
  • Live coaching for on-the-fly technique adjustment, programming modifications, or skill building sessions.
  • Recommended for newer powerlifting athletes, troubleshooting, or test days/mock meets.
  • Warmups and athlete preparedness highly recommended prior to start time of session to maximize time utilization
  • Available as an add-on to any plan
