On November 23rd, Volition Fitness presents a How to Powerlift seminar. This seminar is intended to provide a primer on powerlifting training and competition. Jenna will lead instruction, with the remainder of our staff assisting with hands-on demonstrations of technique, assistance lift selection, competition rules, and more. This seminar is limited to 15 attendees and is 100% free of charge.

Our intent is to grow the powerlifting community, simply. Beyond that, this is the first in a series of promised low- or no-cost education seminars. We believe that fitness, in all forms, should be accessible to all - regardless of ability to pay.

Enrollment limited to 15 individuals (waitlist available for 5 individuals). Waiver/release of liability and PAR-Q required. On site photography/videography will occur, photographic release required for attendance.
