Volition Fitness is not only a training facility, but a team. We are teachers, first and foremost. Our goal is to provide science-based, research-backed training methods, while also ensuring the safety & effectiveness of an individual's training program. By frequently examining each individual's unique needs and goals, we constant reassess our methods and ensure the our programs are progressive, safe, and enjoyable. Our primary motivation is to pass on our knowledge and experience to our clients in order to provide them autonomy in their fitness lifestyle. We want to educate our clients and give them the tools they need to succeed.

As coaches and leaders, we pride ourselves on staying current with research, education, and personal development. Our trainers are dedicated to their craft; each has their own unique skillset, passions, and sports of choice. As such, we collaborate on most of our programs in order to ensure we are each providing our unique perspective towards improving our clients results. Each coach is certified by respected organizations, with advanced credentials and on-going continuing education.
